About Denisse
I'm Denisse Moran, founder of Casa Mia Realty, and I believe real estate should serve your life—not complicate it. Before becoming a Realtor in Vancouver, I spent over a decade in Human Resources, leading People & Culture in a fast-paced startup where I built teams, systems, and culture from the ground up. That experience taught me how to listen, lead with empathy, and get results under pressure.
When the time came for a new chapter, I brought that same care and structure into real estate. Today, I combine my background in strategic HR with my training as a licensed Realtor in Canada and my legal real estate consulting expertise in Mexico.
